Hi, I’m Leah.

My values drive me every day. My priority values are faith, family, nature and creativity.

For more than 20 years I have partnered with executives to increase their impact as leaders. Through my journey, I learned how to manage my career, align my work with my values and build a purpose-driven life.

My work focuses on the whole person and the whole enterprise. I led culture change, employee engagement, leadership development, learning and strategy programs, as well as executive communications in B2B, finance, human resources, technology, professional services and manufacturing organizations of 500-10,000+ people. I’ve worked side-by-side with more than 100 executives during their moments in the spotlight. I know personally what it takes to lead through uncertainty.

As a certified coach, I create a safe place for leaders and executives to explore possibilities. I ask questions, deeply listen and use creative techniques to help people get unstuck.

I’ve benefited throughout my corporate career from working with executive coaches or mentors and managers who have taken a coaching approach. I’ve done the meaningful work of exploring how my values inform my identity and guide my decisions. I’ve made hard choices so that I can confidently stand within boundaries to protect the best of who I am. I’ve grown in my leadership capabilities through testing and learning. I’ve taken risks to bet on myself, follow dreams and lead a purpose-driven life. This all was with the support of my wonderful coaching community. And it is a joy to give back through coaching to support others.

Outside of work, I am passionate about life-long learning, health and wellbeing. Nature is my creative inspiration. Faith, being a mom of two teenage daughters, and daily walks with my golden retriever keep me centered.
